Bragi Sigurdsson

With a long history of representing luxury investors, Bragi Sigurdsson has repeatedly delivered on his core business principle of always finding ways to add value. When Bragi moved from Iceland to Florida in 1999, he sold 49 properties in Miami Beach in his first year in real estate despite his unfamiliarity with the area. Since then, delivering high returns for his investors has become commonplace, including a $12.5 million luxury sale that resulted in a $6 million profit for his client. In fact, Bragi grosses an average of 25% per year in profits for his investors.

Originally from Iceland, Bragi ran the most successful restaurant in his native country and owned a popular health club before relocating to the United States. Landing in Miami, he joined a firm specializing in South Beach’s high-end condo market. After achieving great success in this niche, he transitioned to a nationally recognized team and continued to focus on exclusive condos and single-family homes throughout Greater Miami.

Bragi firmly believes that building good habits is the key to success, and putting that theory into practice has been of great benefit to both him and his clients. He rises at 5 a.m. each day and devotes time to researching the local, national, and international real estate markets to gain a better understanding of how to provide top value for his clients. Bragi’s degree in psychology influences much of his reasoning, including his opinion that the more one knows and understands, the more valuable one is to their clients.

Although Miami is now Bragi’s home, he embraces the culture that raised him by returning to Iceland at least once a year with his family. He lives in Coconut Grove with his wife and their three sons. Work-life balance is also important to Bragi, and outside business hours, he enjoys family, good food, cars, and motorcycles.
