Carlos Arocha has spent most of his life in Miami, watching as the city transformed into a global community renowned for its culture, architecture and opportunity. With six years in the market as a luxury homes specialist, Carlos has developed a knack for identifying market trends, up and coming neighborhoods and the best investment properties.

Carlos began working while still in high school and has held jobs from distribution warehouse employee to retail sales and carpentry as he pursued his education, eventually earning his MBA from St. Thomas University. Moving into Marketing, Carlos joined the second largest professional services firm in the US where he put his Marketing skills to work. However, it was when Carlos began his real estate career that he found his true passion. By combining his Marketing and Investment Sales skills with his ability to connect with people, Carlos has become a devoted and driven agent who prides himself on providing a full-service business approach to buyers, sellers and investors. Today, he specializes in the residential properties of Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Kendall and Pinecrest averaging in the $500k plus price range.

Born in Miami to Cuban parents, Carlos completed his high school studies at Christopher Columbus High School before going on to complete his undergraduate collegiate years at Florida International University. Friendly and positive by nature, Carlos believes that one must grow to feel satisfied and happy. As such, he consistently works on improving himself mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually to be the best he can be for his family, friends and clients.
